We take the whole problem: from framing it to running it. If it does not work for the user it is not done, no matter whose phase it was.
We write code that outlives us
Tests, review, zero-downtime migrations, decisions written down. A year from now the project has to make sense to someone who is not on the team today.
We are on call for our own code
The team that shipped a feature answers the pages for it. It is the best way we know of not shipping something fragile.
We say it straight
