A plain account of what data this website receives when you submit an enquiry or browse its pages.
What the enquiry form collects
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, consent confirmation, and — if you choose to fill them in — your phone number and company name. We also record the active interface language and the page address the form was submitted from.
Why we process this data
We use your details solely to read your enquiry, understand the project task and reply to you. We do not use enquiry details for marketing mailing lists.
Where enquiries are stored and delivered
Submitted enquiries are stored in the project's database on our server, and an internal notification is sent to the studio team by email and Telegram so we can respond promptly. Enquiry data is not shared with advertising networks.
Accessing, updating or deleting your data
You can ask for a copy of the details you sent, request a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to hello@fabrica.koste.ru.
